the SKINNY

From the Founder + CEO: Caroline Todman

180SoulFit, LLC ("180SoulFit") was founded in 2016. It was created on a train commute to work one morning. I was listening to music, wondering why I hadn't made it to the gym in months. A part of it had to do with the fact that I had no real drive to do much especially because my father passed away a few months prior. I felt that if I could just get right mentally, I'd spring my way back to the gym and reach my goal of getting fit, again. I failed to realize that the process was and is two-fold. It was only when I would work out, that I felt amazing, inside and out. 180SoulFit was created with the same premise: get our soul right through working out, and the "fit" part will follow. If we feel motivated and happy to want to work out especially if we have great music to workout to, the process becomes so easy. As we all know, dance makes us happy, so if you're doing something you love, the rest becomes easy. 180SoulFit curates music that hits the soul for a high-impact dance fitness workout that tones the guns, increases the buns, and is honestly so much fun.

Focuses on high-intensity soul hitting cardio thru a dance cardio workout. Not really a dancer? Who cares! This is a judgment free studio for people who want to feel good, look great, and have fun.

Focuses on dance with a twist! This class is a dance and bootcamp combo. You'll get some high intensity dance cardio and in between some strength training like squats for that booty!

CHOREO FITNESS

Focuses on building stamina through sexy, fierce, soul hitting choreographed routines that make you feel good inside and out. Let's stay healthy, while having fun finding our inner kitten.
